Not getting your password reset email? It's a Hotmail issue! - But we can help

Hotmail is giving us all a headache!

 It’s spam filter is just not letting all emails from the new site through.

If you could please add: shop@janedavenport.com to your safe senders list in your email application

Then try the password process again - the reset email should be able to get through.
