I can't remember my password

Go to the janedavenport.com site and look for the Sign in icon ( its a tiny person):

(You can go to the Jane Davenport website by clicking on the logo at the top left of this page)

You will come to a Sign in Page where you can enter your details, or click on Forgot password if you have done that:

Make sure you don't have the caps lock on or are entering extra spaces when you enter your email address.

If you can't remember your detals correctly, you won't be able to sign in , so you will have to reset your password.

Click the link and Follow directions to reset your password.

You will receive an email to the address you entered.

IF YOU DON"T RECEIVE THE EMAIL:

Check your spam/ junkmail to see if the email went there.

or

You may have to add our email to your 'safe senders list'.
Hotmail is particular can have issues with this.

If you could please add:shop@janedavenport.com to your safe senders list in your email application

Then try the password process again - the reset email should be able to get through.
